Home/Terms of Use

This site exists to share the Gospel, offer prayer and encouragement, and make it easy to invite me to speak. By using it, you agree to the points below.

What this site is

morrisgargar.com is the personal ministry website of Morris Gargar — a Pastor of the Transcontinental Evangelistic Association (TRANSCEA Bible Church), motivational preacher, and mentor. Through it you can request prayer, enquire about counselling or mentorship, and invite me to speak.

What this site is not

This is important, so I want to be direct about it.

  • Not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline right away. I cannot monitor this site around the clock and may not see your message for some time.
  • Not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. My counselling is pastoral and faith-based. It complements — but does not replace — care from a licensed doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser. Please do not stop or change professional treatment on the basis of anything here.
  • Not a guarantee of outcomes. Teaching on purpose, leadership, stewardship and productive living is offered in good faith, but no particular result — spiritual, personal, or financial — is promised.

Sessions, bookings & engagements

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An engagement is only confirmed once I reply and we agree the details together. Prayer requests are always free. For counselling, mentorship, and speaking engagements, any arrangements are discussed and agreed in advance — there are no automatic charges through this website, and the site never asks for payment or card details.

Using this site respectfully

Please use the forms honestly and in good faith. Do not use them to send abusive, threatening, unlawful, or deliberately misleading messages, or to send bulk or automated submissions. I reserve the right not to respond to messages of this kind.

Content and copyright

The text, sermons, teaching, photographs, and design on this site belong to Morris Gargar unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share and quote the teaching for personal, church, or non-commercial use with attribution. Please ask first before republishing content commercially or reproducing it in full.

Scripture quotations are from publicly available translations and are credited where used.
